Framing Materials List:
The Framing Material List includes everything needed for a complete framing system. It includes: floor systems, interior and exterior walls, stairs, roof framing*, soffit, fascia, and wood siding, as well as specialty items called out in the engineering plans such as: beams, headers, post, specialty hangers, and fasteners. It includes structural steel components, if required. The framing materials list includes a list of consumables or supplies needed such as: nails, blades, sub floor adhesive, vycore, sill seal, and other non-lumber materials needed during the framing process.
The Framing Material List is delivered in an Excel document for easy modification and is broken into various sections for easy ordering and organization for the framing contractors.

Complete Materials List:
The Complete Materials List includes everything in the framing list as well as other aspects of the projects such as: rebar, estimated concrete yards, all siding materials, roofing materials, and trim material take off.
The complete materials list is delivered in an Excel document broken into several pages for easy modifications and sending to sub-contractors and suppliers.

Complete Estimating Worksheet:
The Complete Estimating Worksheet is a 20+ pages Excel workbook that includes everything in the Complete Materials List as well as a large single page budget broken into 75+ categories to organize every aspect of the custom home. Simple Excel formulas allow for easy modification on worksheets that flow to the main budget sheet. Furthermore, the main budget sheet is easily modifiable into a draw worksheet that allows for job costing throughout the project.
The Complete Estimating Worksheet also includes specific pages that are used to set allowances and can be used as “shopping lists” or check off sheets. The specialty pages include the following: plumbing and light fixtures, hardware, tile, flooring, window and door schedules. This is delivered in an Excel format with simple formulas that are easy to modify as the project progresses.
The Complete Estimating worksheet is delivered as an Excel workbook with several pages all linked to the main budget worksheet. It includes notes on how and where the budget numbers came from and can be easily modified. Basic Excel functions allow for simple modification of the complete estimating worksheet allowing contractors to add, remove, or modify line items such as travel expenses, site supervision, or other line items.

The Complete Estimating Worksheet with Detailed Scope of Work includes everything in the Complete Estimating Worksheet as well as scope of work pages that can easily be sent to sub-contractors and suppliers to simplify the final estimating process. These include the following: Excavation, Concrete, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Insulation, Drywall, Roofing, Painting, Trim Carpentry, and Tile. These documents include project information, general scope of work required, and estimated quantities such as yards or SF of tile to be installed.
The Detailed Scope of work pages are delivered in individual Word document files for easy modification or the addition of your company letter head. They include specifics about the project to make it easy for the sub-contractors and suppliers to bid the job and allow for the General Contractor to ensure sub-contractors are bidding on identical scope of work for easy bid comparison
